Amarillo® is a world-class aroma hop famous for its intense citrus and floral profile. These 8 oz hop pellets deliver powerful notes of orange, grapefruit, and lemon, balanced by a distinct floral bouquet often described as “flowery” or “perfume-like.” With a moderate alpha-acid content, Amarillo is exceptionally versatile, widely used for late-boil additions, whirlpooling, and dry-hopping in West Coast IPAs, Pale Ales, and Summer Wheats.

Hop Master Tip: Amarillo oils are highly aromatic and pair exceptionally well with Simcoe or Citra. For the “brightest” orange character, dry hop for 3-5 days at the end of fermentation. These 8 oz packs are nitrogen-flushed to preserve the volatile essential oils and ensure peak freshness on brew day.
