Poly Fix is a high-strength, two-component binder with a water-like consistency, usable neat to heal and seal cracks, or mixed with dry sand to patch spalls and repair control joints. It cures from dark amber to gray in just 10 minutes at 75°F.

Common Applications
Used for bridge and parking decks, pit grouting, crack healing and sealing, floor restoration, repairing spalls and pop-outs, and freezer floor or low-temperature repairs.
Application Instructions
Ensure the concrete is clean, dry, and free of contaminants; new concrete should be at least 30 days old
Prepare and clean cracks with appropriate tools
Condition Poly Fix between 60-80°F, shake well, and dispense with a dual cartridge gun
For larger repairs, mix in small batches due to the rapid set
For larger repairs, prime the area with Poly Fix, fill with dry sand, then saturate with more Poly Fix for a complete repair
Clean uncured material from tools with SpecChem Solvent 100
