Description

Completely replace the metal Case IH 1020 shield with Poly Tin Replacement Shields for maximum efficiency. Kits include all replacement panels for head width, rivets, bushings, straps, spacer tool and instructions.

Available for multiple cutter bar systems:

  • Staggered hold down – All 3″ are staggered, plus some pre-1995 are 1-1/2″ cut
  • Schumacher hold down – not available for newer systems with rollers on guide.

Grain enters the combine at an even rate, reducing bunching that cuts the horsepower and efficiency of the machine. Expansion seams allow poly to lie flat. Bolts are recessed into edging, preventing build up of grain dust, dirt and debris.

Poly replacement are 50% lighter than original OEM.

Available for head widths ranging from 15′ to 30′.
